Don't Let The Joy Exit From Your Life: Prioritize And Be Prosperous!
About 5% of the total UAE population is battling depression, reports Khaleej Times, and this is just the registered percentage, let alone people who are afraid of coming out and getting a proper consultant, to improve their lives. While many are able to fight such discouragement, many burden themselves with a state of negative mind, thus goals come to fruition.
To be honest, I've seen many sparks being burnt out, too many fires being put out, too many wishes being extinguished, which explains the whole reason of me stepping into a career of bettering lives. Being a prominent life coach in Abu Dhabi allows me to meet people who, somehow, have lost hopes on achieving the most important goals of their lives. It's totally understandable that any bad experience, at times, can bring the feelings of lifelessness and dullness into lives. Major of the problems that people face in here are related to relationships, self-esteem, career, bad habits, weight loss, debts and finances, etc. The only thing people tend to forget is that these little things hardly matters if seen from an expanded canvas of life. Let me, as a
life coach in Abu Dhabi, explain to you how to see things in a clear way.
“Take a jar and fill it with rocks. Once the jar is full with no more space for marbles left, put some marbles in it. Again, when the jar is completely filled with rocks and marbles and there is no more space left for any marbles, pour some sand in it. The point behind doing this jar experiment is that there are big things, small things, and smaller things in life. Rocks represent the big things like health, family, hopes and dreams, marbles represent the small things like your job, hobby and friendship, and sand represents the smaller things like running different errands.”
If anything that this classic experiment tells, in particular, is that we should know how to prioritize things in our lives. If we value either smaller things or small things in our lives, there would be no space left for big things. Can you figure out what would've happened if sand were pour first?”. Being a life coach in Abu Dhabi, it is my desire, passion and compassion to pass on the positive and motivational vibes to everyone in here to get past whatever is obstructing them from taking actions to reach or achieve the goals. Just remember one thing; there is no need to turn your attention to sand and pebbles just because you feel the rocks are heavy.
